Participation Officers will be employed under the Sporting Organisations Award 2020. Based on this award, all coaches for MiniRoos & Schools Programs will be considered a Grade 1 Casual Coach with a pay rate of $33.59 per hour. Shifts will be a minimum of 2 hours in duration*
